Welcome to SAMO Travel. Please read these Terms, Disclosures & Travel Information carefully. By using this website, requesting travel quotes, or booking travel through SAMO Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.

1. Agency Affiliation Disclosure

SAMO Travel is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Outside Agents / Cruises & Tours Unlimited. Travel arrangements may be booked through host agency credentials where required.

3. Role of SAMO Travel

SAMO Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, insurance providers, and destination service providers.

SAMO Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, financial condition, service failures, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, accidents, or any other event beyond our control.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable travel supplier.

4. Supplier Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

SAMO Travel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, irregularity, expense, or claim arising from or related to any act or omission of any third-party supplier, including but not limited to default, bankruptcy, insolvency, overbooking, mechanical failure, labor dispute, weather event, illness outbreak, government action, travel restriction, terrorism, natural disaster, or other force majeure event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAMO Travel disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from travel arrangements, travel delays, supplier conduct, or use of this website.

5. No Guarantee of Pricing or Availability

Quotes are not guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed and any required deposit or payment has been successfully processed and accepted by the supplier. Prices may change prior to booking due to supplier pricing updates, currency changes, taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, inventory changes, or promotional expiration.

Promotions, onboard credits, shipboard perks, resort credits, upgrades, and limited-time offers are subject to supplier terms and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

6. Client Responsibility for Accuracy

Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking details promptly and carefully, including names, dates of birth, travel dates, destinations, cabin categories, room selections, passport information, and all other reservation details.

Names on reservations must match government-issued identification exactly. SAMO Travel is not responsible for costs, penalties, denied boarding, or losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late-submitted traveler information.

7. Travel Documents, Entry Requirements, and Health Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents and meeting all applicable travel requirements, including but not limited to:

• valid passports

• visas

• REAL ID or other acceptable identification

• vaccination or health documentation

• parental consent documents for minors where required

• customs and entry compliance

• re-entry documentation for international travel

SAMO Travel does not provide legal, immigration, medical, or tax advice. Clients should verify all requirements directly with the appropriate government authorities, embassies, consulates, airlines, cruise lines, and destination officials before travel.

8. Payments and Authorization

By providing payment information for a reservation, the client represents and warrants that they are an authorized user of the payment method and authorize payment for the agreed travel services.

All payments are subject to supplier terms and conditions. Deposits and final payments may be nonrefundable depending on the supplier and fare selected.

Chargebacks or payment disputes related to validly authorized travel transactions may result in cancellation of travel services, supplier penalties, collection efforts, and loss of future booking privileges where permitted by law.

9. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation penalties, change fees, supplier-imposed administrative fees, and refund rules vary by supplier and reservation type. Many travel arrangements are nonrefundable or subject to increasing penalties as travel approaches.

Any refund request is subject to the supplier’s review, timeline, and approval. SAMO Travel does not control supplier refund processing times and does not guarantee that any supplier will approve a refund, future travel credit, or other compensation.

10. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Unforeseen events such as illness, injury, weather disruptions, supplier default, missed connections, baggage loss, and emergency medical situations can result in significant financial loss.

If travel insurance is offered, all coverage, exclusions, limitations, and claim determinations are governed solely by the insurance provider and policy documents. SAMO Travel is not the insurer and does not guarantee claim approval or coverage interpretation.

11. Force Majeure

SAMO Travel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, natural disasters, pandemic-related events, public health emergencies, war, civil unrest, labor strikes, transportation interruptions, supplier shutdowns, government orders, border closures, or other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, recovery options are controlled by the travel supplier or insurer, not by SAMO Travel.

12. Third-Party Websites and Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, suppliers, social media platforms, or booking resources. SAMO Travel is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site. Use of such websites is at your own risk.

13. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All text, branding, logos, graphics, website content, and design elements on this website are the property of SAMO Travel unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
